initially there was misunderstanding but I believe that they are doing their job well. Satisfied with customer support team. I recommend to use this app.

Since you had just started your 10-day free trial, the email was to provide more details and let you know what the billing rate would be if you chose to pay for service after the trial. We never begin billing without your explicit approval through the app, and we've confirmed in our logs that there is no pending charge for your account. Cracking app with very resonsive support. We have been looking for this functionality for a while now. Highly recommended and worth every penny.
Excellent customer support! Beautiful, professional, and effective emails!! The integration with shopify makes sending great emails super easy! I've used other and in comparison, there is no comparison.
I'm just happy to have an integrative platform to connect to my MailChimp. I don't have the time to change mail service and learn to navigate another interface.
I use the app to stay in touch with customers, and I really like their Shopify integration. It works great, it's intuitive to use and I haven't had anything go wrong. I would love to see an automated welcome series that's about it!

Email series' are currently on our to-do list as a high priority, we know how especially valuable they can be to the relationship between merchants and new customers. We do offer a few options for newsletter and unsubscribe landing pages, please feel free to reach out to support if you have any questions about how to customize these or any questions in general :)
I can't think of anything negative to say about this app at all.
Easy to use, intuitive and any questions I asked of their support were answered within hours (sometimes minutes).
I wish more experiences with app developers were this pleasant!
