Not only is this app sooooo much better than the shopify native email application, but the customer service that comes with it is outstanding!! These guys will equip you with the very best technology to do the job, and if you don't feel fully confident using it, they'll take the time to set you up and show you how. I still don't love doing my email marketing, but thankfully, we are setting up automations, and using now lots of creative features to keep the emails feeling fresh and not too repetitive. Thanks so much seguno, I look forward to working together for years ahead!

I use this app for my weekly e mails. It's easy to use, looks great, and our sales have increased. I don't get as much spam as I did with other e mail services. They respond to contact in a short time and are very helpful. It's the best e mail app I've ever used!!

It makes sending out emails to my clients easy and quick. I was paying monthly for service that I really was not using. I appreciate that the app is wrapped into shopify so I do not have to be jumping from app to app.

Seguno has increased the price 3.5x out of nowhere and tried to automatically opt me in to this price change. There are no features being included for this new price that I find useful for my store, and I did not have an option to keep my current plan. While I have been relatively happy with seguno for the creation of marketing emails, their service is not nearly robust enough to justify this price. The templates are very basic. The features are minimal and I have always felt my marketing emails were not able to be nearly as professional looking as my competitors, no matter how much effort I put in. For $10, it is a decent enough service, but for $35 it is not, especially for a small store.

Thanks for the review. You’ve had nearly a 24x ROI on your email marketing with Seguno. That’s great! I understand that affordability is a concern right now, though. I meant it when I asked people to contact us if this increase would be too difficult to swallow so we could work something out. I wish you had, but I emailed you a proposal to continue the conversation. Please get back to me, and we’ll find a good way forward together!

On the pricing front, since you’re also paying for our Popups app, your new consolidated charge (with 2.5x the included subscribers) would be a $15 increase, not $25. Also, we cannot automatically opt you in as we bill through Shopify, and you have to accept any new charge. More importantly, to help make sure you see the value in the new features, I’d be happy to help set them up with you over Zoom and walk through how they can all drive more revenue for you. And I’d love to help on the design side, too, to make your competitors jealous. :)

I've waited way too long to take the leap into email automation and Seguno has made the experience very empowering. The integration with Shopify is really smooth and I've created automations and can clearly see what is happening, when and why. Thank you Seguno ☺

I've been using the app for my email marketing for a few months now and I love it. I've tried quite a few others and nothing seems to come close. Great templates, really easy editing and very simple to personalize with great personal service and even tips on what to send and when.

Great app for simple emails. Also automated emails for new subscribers. Very quick to manage. Small minus for not being able to translate unsubscribe link text to local language.

Good app and I’m happy they listen, but there is space for improvement:
- unique discount code expiry should be customizable from few hours to few weeks, for now it’s fixed 7 days, which is too long for abandoned checkout email (few hours would be better here);
- abandoned cart email series would be more beneficial than one remainder email - this would allow to send reminder without promo code first, and second one with promo code if first one didn’t work.
Hope you’ll incorporate the above asap and thank you.
