A really friendly and helpful support staff to speak to whenever there is a need or inquiry about how systems work and where to find information. Also a really great app for building newsletters that integrates so well with Shopify so our newsletters are clear yet unique to us. 10/10 would recommend!

I switched to Seguno from Constant Contact, who I'd used for many years. Seguno is easy to use, looks great and has saved me a massive monthly subscription!
UPDATE: I think I left this review in 2020 and it’s now 2026… and I’m still using Seguno and loving it! The team are great if I need anything and I’ve even requested features which have been phased in too which is brilliant!
So 6 years later and I’m still highly delighted!

I wanted something easy to use that was customizable. I can't stand getting tons of auto-marketing emails and neither do my customers! Seguno provides a framework for small businesses in a newsletter-style feel.
I love using Seguno Email Marketing for our store. Whenever I have any questions, support is available for me right away. I needed help with adding custom HTML into my emails and they helped me fix this right away!

An easy platform to send out emails and I love the automation that I can have for my newsletters. the simple Create Your own feature is my favorite to use and I find that its a simple , easy use for all ages to navigate.

Seguno is easy to use, has great features including the ability to showcase products visually in emails multiple ways to help keep emails fresh and eye-catching. Setting up automations such as welcome sequences and campaigns is simple and effective. I enjoy the metrics as well to let us quickly see the response to a given email or campaign.
Customer support is extremely helpful and we have found them to be very supportive and friendliy.
