I would give 10 stars if I could! I've been through 4 email service providers since I started my online store in May 2021 and Seguno is head and shoulders above all the others. So very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and well aligned with Shopify, with superlative customer service, lots of articles and classes to help us learn. I haven't even really begun exploring all the goodies, but I can already tell I've finally found the right place. And pricing is fair too!
I love the ease of this app, the ability to customize newsletters and how professional it still looks without having to spend too much time. The only bummer is that my emails are always bounced into my customers junk mail. So it defeats the whole purpose of marketing.

Fairly Easy to Use - but miss being able to set up template via block system like Mailchimp. Just lot less design saavy.

I ease of setting up is relieving! I need it to come with templates ready to be installed a little modification is okay.

The newsletter setup was surprisingly easy. Much of the hard work was done for me. I'm pleased with the overall results and professionalism of the newsletter.
I just signed up as a customer and look forward to experiencing some of the other features that are offered.

I installed the application, paid the money and have been waiting for a day for the support service to approve it. Without this, the application does not work !!!! The support service does not answer for 24 hours !!! Maybe they'll react to this review or I'll uninstall the app now!
