Seguno Email Marketing

I love the plug in but wish it was just a bit cheaper so I could afford the other feature they have, where it can autosend out newsletters. Sadly not making enough yet to afford it, but at the least it's easy to use and set up. Great for newbies and seasoned alike.

Very affordable and gets the job done with converting website visitors. Just hit 5k subscribers so pricing is going up but I'm seeing that with all similar apps. Love the integration with Canva!

Love the seguno email marketing. it's nice and easy to work with. if I ever have any problem, I always chat with the advisor. they are always willing to help but wished it was 24hrs support especially when we need it for a quick response when needed, it would be a great addition. The subscription is too high, needs to be even lower especially those that does not have 2,500 subscribers yet and dont have many sales monthly.

Love how easily this app works with Shopify to make email marketing a breeze. I hope to see some improved customization options as time goes on but would recommend this app to any Shopify user.

My product line and other necessary information

I enjoy this app for the most part. Some of the paid features I don't understand why its a paid feature. I like how easily it works with Shopify, but Shopify is beginning to offer the same things.

The email marketing app is simple and great. Automations are good for small businesses. The only issue I have - the subscriber limits for Newsletters between tiers should be higher so it does tend to become a little expensive as the limit for each tier is reached quickly. Though this is only for the Newsletters, I believe. I am also using he POP Ups and they are great and with the email marketing app, they are at $10 per month with no limits. Also, customer service is pretty good and quick.

The Customer Service has always been extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their product and have always been able to answer to my questions. The app has been easy to use and it provides the necessary functions needed to start a successful email marketing campaign. The Automation function is great and most useful for my email marketing initiatives.

I like the templates available in Seguno, and the automations. I would love if it could offer me more automation options, and make integrating smart text like customer names easier without having to use coding. MailChimp is much easier for these kinds of details, as is MailerLite. I have watched a few of the webinars provided by Seguno as well and have found these very helpful.

It's a great app. But does not update your subscription email list. They asked me if my customers opp for email marketing? I have 1500 customers that did noy get updated to their app when added to my store via csv file. my customers now from 1754, to 3000 don't get emails. So I have to update weekly on Shopify. So keep on top of these in Shopify!!! It's a lot of work.
