I have been using this app for the last year to send marketing emails to my customers. I love the automation side of it, as it sends all the emails on signup, purchase and so on. Had a small glitch with an accidental unsubscribe from a customer and support dealt with my query quickly. Recommended.

Customer Support for Segundo is fantastic! They answered me right away when I texted them, and I had a great zoom call with them, and they stayed with me until I had a good understanding of how to use Segundo, which was so much fun! I finally got on board with email marketing. I had put it off because it seemed like another learning curve. Seguno is very easy to learn and when I did have a question, customer support was quick to help!

Nice user interface, helpful guidance and automations, and support that's punctual, professional, and personable. It feels like we have a pleasant team on our side, with the Seguno folks. I'm looking forward to more advanced functionality to be added to the app, too.

Nice app! Easy to use and professional, has everything I need for my businnes. Probably the best app for mail management in Shopify.

I like the app and how it easy it is. It takes me about five minutes to craft an effective email when it honestly took hours with MailChimp.
