I used this app because mailchimp stopped working with Shopify.. I wish there was a bit more flexibility in terms of drag and drop and controlling the way the newsletters appear on mobile. Also can't see analytics of newsletters at one glance which makes it a little time consuming to compare the efficiency of campaigns as I have to do it manually on excel

I've loved using Seguno for emails. I've used Klaviyo, Drip and Mailchimp (and tested Conversio) but went back to Seguno for ease of use, nice automations, unique discount codes and the app works within Shopify dashboard which I like plus really great customer service.
excellent app easy to use than most others increased sales over the weekend super happy much appreciated!!!!!
I've had nothing but a great experience with this app and its support. Great alternative to MailChimp. Support is fast, patient and professional.
The only star left to earn is notification when a new customer signs up to the store. Otherwise, great app.

As for the notification request, this hasn't really come up with other users but we'll certainly keep an open ear. The goal though is to active your automations to automatically handle a Welcome email for new signups and to then maintain a regular cadence of newsletters to keep them engaged. Great templates for newsletters, automated welcome letters, and individualized discount codes. Probably one of the most helpful apps on the app store.
