Seguno Email Marketing

I have been using Seguno for 2 years now and have been very pleased with what they offer for a small business like mine. The offerings are great but the customer service makes Seguno beyond great. My team has reached out to Seguno for help several times and we are always treated with such care and expertise it keeps us coming back. Recently I reached out asking for help with their upcoming price changes on some of their plans. I was greeted with the same kindness and even offered a solution that continues to support my small business. As a small business owner I know how challenging it can be when other businesses do not have the courtesy to be kind or even offer solutions. Seguno has done a fantastic job at providing great customer service and great solutions that actually help my buisness thrive. If you are feeling like you want to move away from seguno because of their recent pricing shifts I’d ask you to consider reaching out to a rep and sharing your concerns and questions. I never leave reviews for anything, but for Seguno, you get my 5 stars. I have used this app for 4 years and have been very happy. There are stylish templates or an option to create your own. Support is prompt and always helpful and they go the exta mile to find solutions- not that I need them very often..

"Seguno has increased the price 3.5x out of nowhere and tried to automatically opt me in to this price change. There are no features being included for this new price that I find useful for my store, and I did not have an option to keep my current plan. While I have been relatively happy with seguno for the creation of marketing emails, their service is not nearly robust enough to justify this price. The templates are very basic. The features are minimal and I have always felt my marketing emails were not able to be nearly as professional looking as my competitors, no matter how much effort I put in. For $10, it is a decent enough service, but for $35 it is not, especially for a small store."

I wish I could justify $35 for Seguno, but I cannot. Bye Seguno!

I have been a loyal customer of Seguno since 2019 and I must say that their marketing service is exceptional. What's even more impressive is their customer support, which is top-notch. Their app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, especially for beginners who are just starting out with email marketing. They offer a wide range of customization options, templates, and advice, which are all readily available on the dashboard. Since I started using Seguno for email marketing, I have noticed a significant increase in my sales. In the four years that I have been a customer, I have never experienced any issues with the app's functionality. However, I recently had a billing issue and I reached out to Seguno for assistance. They promptly worked with Shopify to resolve the issue. Overall, I highly recommend Seguno to anyone looking for a reliable and effective marketing service with incredible support.
