Seguno has been a breath of fresh air for our Shopify store. As a small business owner juggling a million things, this app makes email marketing actually enjoyable. The interface is intuitive, the automation tools are powerful (without being overwhelming), and the integration with Shopify is seamless—no jumping between platforms or syncing headaches.

Seguno is easy to use, has great features including the ability to showcase products visually in emails multiple ways to help keep emails fresh and eye-catching. Setting up automations such as welcome sequences and campaigns is simple and effective. I enjoy the metrics as well to let us quickly see the response to a given email or campaign.
Customer support is extremely helpful and we have found them to be very supportive and friendliy.

We started using Seguno when we opened our store back in 2018. We then were convinced to switch to Omnisend and then Kalviyo due to the agencies we worked with. Seguno was bay far the easiest to navigate, had the best pricing and really they make our lives easier! When we decided to switch back, Chris worked hand in hand with us to get templates set up, get our flows migrated over and really took the reigns to make sure we were happy! We couldn't be happier that we are back with Seguno and the bonus: The pricing structure is GREAT!

App is OK, get's very expensive very quickly. Reporting isn't very detailed and the Back in Stock notifications feature doesn't work for us as we toggle on/off "Continue selling when out of stock" based on our suppliers stock availability and order stock in to fulfil orders. It will only send notifications is stock is increased to 1 or more, not when "Continue selling when out of stock" is ticked which makes it pretty useless to us.
