Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you had this impression, but I want to clarify that Barcodify does not charge any hidden fees or extra taxes — all pricing is clearly displayed in the Shopify billing system.
Regarding barcode customisation, the app does support custom barcodes, and the full instructions are available in the app's documentation and onboarding steps. If anything was unclear, I'm always happy to guide you through it.
