This app was so easy to set up that I kept anticipating something difficult around the corner, but that never happened! This app is clean, simple and enormously user-friendly!

the app is great..easy to manage and powerful. It is very user friendly. I havent tried all their capabilities =but so far looks very promissing

We've used other help center / FAQ apps before and Willdesk is definitely the best with its functionality, UI, and support. Easily see ourselves upgrading in the near future to utilize the additional features that look promising.

Falls short to deliver. customer service trying to help but doesn't.
wasted 6 days for an app that doesn't deliver to my needs with too much mixed information on the support end.
