The fact that this app is completely free is just a bonus. They have the best customer service out of all the apps provided on this platform. Nona helped me out with all my queries and answered all my questions.

The app does what its supposed to do. It's always hard to set up a new app which is where support comes in. Live support, instantly responding, sorting out all my questions. Love it! All in 30 minutes to set up the app and understand the tool. With genuine, human help. Not redirecting me to help articles but answering my questions in a constructive way. In my case I spoke to Belle and I can say she is the reason I am choosing this app. Thank you!

So far so good. They're still working on integrations with social media and the iOS app but I like how many more customizations I can add here than in the Shopify Inbox app.
