I recently contacted your customer support team for assistance with an issue concerning one of my customers who couldn't find their order number. I had the opportunity to speak with Nona, who was exceptionally helpful in providing me with a better understanding of the Willdesk system. Nona's professionalism and knowledge were truly commendable.
During our conversation, Nona mentioned that they would email me with the rest of the answers and steps to resolve the issue once they have looked into it further. I am writing this review to express my appreciation for the prompt and efficient support provided by Nona, and I am looking forward to receiving the additional information required to help my customer find their order number.

This app is a great help for us. We have already activated it for several months and enjoy working with it. A small minus point is the slow page load, since the pages are not delivered from the same domain. Otherwise great. The support is also helpful and answers quickly. Thank you thank you thank you.

We're so glad to have found this app. It has all features essential for a chat/help widget. The dashboard is easy to use, set up was fast, and the widget can be neatly positioned on desktop or mobile so that it doesn't interfere with the design. Customer support has been very responsive to any questions we had. Looking forward to the upcoming IG integration! Still working great 2 months into use.

I am rating the Free version.
for most this a superb version to get going with, if your maxing out the free version well thats a good thing to then go beyond. It only lacked one minor feature i was asked to do and would want myself.
i contacted support via there own chat tool got instant support and feedback on the item i was wishing for be added to the app. For now my request/inquiry was not possible/available but was good enough to send on to devs to consider, if support sees that , well thats a 5 star from me. Support understanding something so good and sending back to team is good to hear.
