I am rating the Free version.
for most this a superb version to get going with, if your maxing out the free version well thats a good thing to then go beyond. It only lacked one minor feature i was asked to do and would want myself.
i contacted support via there own chat tool got instant support and feedback on the item i was wishing for be added to the app. For now my request/inquiry was not possible/available but was good enough to send on to devs to consider, if support sees that , well thats a 5 star from me. Support understanding something so good and sending back to team is good to hear.

I had the opportunity to speak with Nona, who was exceptionally helpful in providing me with a better understanding of the Willdesk system. During our conversation, Nona mentioned that they would email me with the rest of the answers and steps to resolve the issue once they have looked into it further. Been trying out some different Chat Apps and I came across Willdesk. It had some handy some new features I wanted to try out such as order tracking.
I had a few initial questions and I jumped on the internal support Chat and Pia was so helpful at answering my questions and making sure I all my questions were answered. I look forward to using the App into the future.

We just installed it and so far everything seems great, i think the app needs better options and more tweaking on iphone but over all everything works as it should, also their support is pretty quick to response to help which is great.
