    We're so glad to have found this app. It has all features essential for a chat/help widget. The dashboard is easy to use, set up was fast, and the widget can be neatly positioned on desktop or mobile so that it doesn't interfere with the design. Customer support has been very responsive to any questions we had. Looking forward to the upcoming IG integration!
