I have been working with them in Shopify since they launched the app, at the begining there were several errors on the app but they have solved all of them, also I always had a fast response and asistance when needed.
I completly recomend Selfnamed if you would like to develop a skincare brand.
Now the app works perfect and it has been fixed.

A very good system! The products are very high quality and easy to use or market. The online designer is super easy to handle and works very well. If you have any questions, the support is always available, even very quickly. We can only recommend the system and the app Selfnamed!

The latest update takes away the manual re-sync of the products, resulting in less manual work to be done within Shopify. Takes care of the shipping profiles as well. The product grows and our shops too. Would be nice to be able to create bundles within selfnamed and those will be related to Shopify's product list.

I have been working with selfnamed for one year and it has been an exciting journey! This company has grown a lot and has made a lot possible in the area of products and technical processes. There were also technical challenges, but the team was always very helpful in solving them. I never had the feeling of being left alone, I can't imagine a better team and support! A top partner
The products are really good as well as the support. They offer also a viratey of solutions for your design.
Only negative point at the moment is that we do have some issues sometimes with the sync/fulfillment with the orders which leads to some delays in shipment

I had high hopes for this app, but it has been nothing but trouble. First off, it doesn't sync the products properly, which defeats the whole purpose of using it. The sign-in form is hit or miss; sometimes it works, and other times it just doesn't.
On top of that, the customer service is absolutely terrible. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. I tried reaching out multiple times, but I got no resolution to my issues.
Save yourself the frustration and uninstall this app. There are much better options out there.

I really like the potential this app and platform has - the products are beautiful. But the customer service is really really slow and there are still a few bugs to be fixed.
The currency is the same even if you switch location, so if a product is 5 Euros it will also show as 5GBP and 5USD on my bill which doesnt make sense and I'm unsure how much I'm really being charged.
My customers keep getting angry because their shipping tracking numbers arent sent to them and their order status remains on "preparing" and on my end of it I also can't view any customer shipping tracking numbers so I can't help them.

Our system is charging the correct amounts in all the currencies - if you're facing some bugs regarding this, please reach out to support@selfnamed.com, so we can help you.
The tracking numbers can be found in your Selfnamed profile - the tracking number can be found by each order. We hope to bring the tracking numbers to Shopify soon as well.
As for sending to your customers - currently we don't have a feature that would trigger an email from you - you'd need to send the tracking numbers to your customers.
Overall, I am very happy with Selfnamed. I find their support quick and helpful, and the products are good. My only feedback would be to allow us to upgrade the packaging for a more premium feel. I believe this can be done, but it currently requires buying in bulk. Offering this option individually would greatly help us improve. Thank you!

The platform is totally automated and easy to use which is soo amazing. However when it comes to getting attention from a live agent for technical matters they dont respond for hours/days and are often very unresponsive.
I have been having a few issues with technical things that only can be addressed with a human or tech support and I have not gotten the assistance or attention i would think would be important in order to make sales.
