Selfnamed: Cosmetics on demand

The platform is totally automated and easy to use which is soo amazing. However when it comes to getting attention from a live agent for technical matters they dont respond for hours/days and are often very unresponsive.

I have been having a few issues with technical things that only can be addressed with a human or tech support and I have not gotten the assistance or attention i would think would be important in order to make sales.

Selfnamed is a top-notch skincare manufacturer offering seamless dropshipping services. Their products are high-quality, natural, and cruelty-free, receiving excellent feedback from customers. The dropshipping process is efficient and hassle-free, allowing me to focus on growing my business without inventory worries.

Initially, I encountered some bugs using the Selfnamed app, but Kristaps and the support team were incredibly supportive in resolving my integration issues; Selfnamed seems like a good company, and I hope our long-term partnership goes well.

I started listing products from Selfnamed, and I also ordered a few to test the quality. I’m very satisfied with the quality, and as for the app itself, I’m also very pleased — it’s easy to use, offers high-quality mock-ups, and the print quality is excellent. I appreciate that all the ingredients are listed, and the delivery was quite fast: it says 9 days, but I received it in 7.

I would love to see an option to customize the box in which the products are delivered — that would be really nice. For example, for the serum, I’m referring to the Rosemary box, it would be great if it were made of sturdier cardboard.

I would also like to do dropshipping with cosmetics, and it would be amazing if perfumes could be listed as well, and maybe even a category for children’s products.

When we first started with Selfnamed, it was good. There were a few things here and there that required some manual work to sync between Shopify and Selfnamed, but in the meantime they improved a lot, automated all the boring things and the process is as smooth as possible. They went from good to great, and we are very happy to work with them.

1. Gli ordini rimangono in stato "pendente" per giorni (sul sito è indicato che gli ordini vengono preparati e spediti in 2 giorni).

2. E quando finalmente l'ordine riesce a partire il cliente non riceverà mail il suo ordine.

Su 10 ordini solo 2 sono arrivati a destinazione (e con tempi molto più lunghi da quelli indicati sul sito: 4/5 giorni per la preparazione e 15/20 giorni per la spedizione).

3. Il supporto clienti non è dei migliori, rispondono dopo 2-4 giorni e spesso senza fornire un aiuto concreto.

Selfnamed was the only one company in the whole world, that I choose to collaborate. They are the only one who fulfilled all of my requirements: to have the high quality products, ecocert and cosmos certified, to be supportive and knowledgeable, as well. I am cosmetic chemist, and I can tell they are stand out from the crowd. If I wasn't able to use their products and services, I would choose not to have company. I love all about Selfnamed. Following my initial review, the service has really improved. It appears that there are more staff working at Selfnamed now, previously I just received an email from the same person, but now there are different people replying. The speed of response is really quick now, and the team are helpful.

I put the problems I had earlier down to 'teething' problems. Looking towards success with Selfnamed now.

Set up my store and branded 66 products with Selfnamed. I did a test order on my store, and it went through fine. I did a further 3 orders to provide products to 2 UGC creators and 12 products to myself to photograph, and I had no end of problems.

The two UGC orders wouldn't fulfil. I reached out to the support team who kept on telling me the same thing (i.e. look at the reason) despite me telling them there wasn't a reason. They eventually sent a request to access my Shopify store, yet despite giving them access 3 working days (5 calendar days) ago, no one has logged into look at it.

This is really awful service - if these had have been customer orders I'd be screwed. I'm now deleting the Selfnamed products from my store and deleting the app.
