Selfnamed: Cosmetics on demand

I was contacted by Selfnamed about my previous review. The assisted me in getting it working. The test order was successful. However, now that I have received an actual order, I am receiving the same error. I attempted to manually order it through their website but the US is no longer an option to ship to, apparently. I assume this is a technical glitch or they are having tariff issues. Pretty disappointed. I've unlisted all the Selfnamed product once again. Tbh, this has been nothing but a headache and I don't know that I want to continue with their product anymore.

Everything seems to connect properly but I've been unable to get any orders to go through for over a month. I just get a "something went wrong" error. Nothing I try works and the response time for assistance from Selfnamed takes multiple days between messages which makes it impossible to actively troubleshoot. The only advice I've received is to uninstall all other apps and try again. That's not happening. The other apps are actually selling things. I've delisted all 60 Selfnamed items I have in my store because of this. It's a shame because of how much work I've put into the labels.

The adobe illustrator files provided as templates to really make the brand your own if you are savvy with computers and design, but they offer support in design AND they have templates where you can build the product on their page. I went the adobe route and changes the product names and did designs that will ensure I am truly differentiated.
