Selfnamed: Cosmetics on demand

I had high hopes for this app, but it has been nothing but trouble. First off, it doesn't sync the products properly, which defeats the whole purpose of using it. The sign-in form is hit or miss; sometimes it works, and other times it just doesn't.

On top of that, the customer service is absolutely terrible. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. I tried reaching out multiple times, but I got no resolution to my issues.

Save yourself the frustration and uninstall this app. There are much better options out there.

I’ve been looking for a good skin care supplier for a while now and Self Named tick all the boxes.
Great range of items, ability to fully personalise the packaging and the items themselves are amazing quality.

The new update that takes the manual re-sync of the products away is so good and it is resulting less manual work wich is good thing. The customer service have been fantastic and the products are very good quality! Selfnamed is a great way to start your online business with a great selection and an easy-to-navigate website.
