Très professionnel très à l’écoute de leurs clients, des produits de qualité supérieurs, mes clients en raffole. Selfnamed is a really great place to start dipping your toe into the water of wet good cosmetics before committing to a large scale or or developing an expensive formula yourself.

The site is really clear and really easy to navigate and makes creating your own artwork very easy as the instructions are so clear. We use canva and have been able to get away with using expensive designers for our graphic design testing.

Delivery has been fast and very communicative.

The products are seem to be high quality and ethics are considered which is important to our brand.

We are excited to try the app now that we are further developing our range with Selfnamed.

So far i really like it. Its easy to understand and design, i really like the products and the print quality was also good, even tho i used png and not pdfs. Everything fine so far, also the support was very fast.

The only thing i don't like is the delivery tracking, because it give false realtime information SOMETIMES... And overall the products are a bit expensive... but overall i like the app, the products i use them even myself and yeah, im thankfull!

I have been working for almost a year with Selfnamed to produce my skincare line for my brand. I have been very happy with the quality of the products and quick delivery to my shop. I'm giving 4 starts as I haven't tried the drop-shipping option yet but have been ordering products in bulk to my own workshop from where I am currently fulfilling customers orders.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over mijn ervaring met Selfnamed Cosmetics. De producten zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit en hebben mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. De klantenservice is geweldig en alles verloopt altijd vlekkeloos. Ik kan Selfnamed Cosmetics ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar topkwaliteit cosmetica. Alles is gewoon perfect!

I have been trying to work with this company for 2 months. Their app is just FULL OF BUGS. I don't understand why they didn't just fired their developer. They must really like him to let him do so much mistakes. The import function just simply don't works, so imagine if you receive orders...

Apart from that I tried the old way (placing order one by one on their website) and it's just a complete mess. There is no automation for tracking. No automation for VAT rules (they charge it to you even though you have a VAT number).

And the WORST PART IS THEIR SHIPPING PARTNERS. THE SHIPPING FEES are super high and the package get returned to the factory every time because instead of delivering without signature, they deliver it with signature ; making the whole delivery thing such a nightmare... When doing dropshipping from China the products are just delivered in the mailbox and that's it; no problem with signature thing.

In short, just stay away from this company at all cost until the sugar mommy money feeding the dev team realize it's time to change the devs for real.

I feel sorry that your experience is so bad with our service.

I would like to solve and resolve the issues you are experiencing. We have just launched integration and experiencing some bugs, but most of them are solved and hopefully the bugs you are experiencing also will be reported from you.

We would like to improve our service so could you please clarify these things for me:

- We’ve checked the system and no bug reports from your side have not been filed. Can you please clarify the bugs you are experiencing?

- Could you clarify what you mean by “order management” is dysfunctional?

- Also, why do you feel that manual order placement is “chaotic”?

- Not clear on your comment about VAT. I see that for an account with your username the VAT status has been denied. Usually, it status DENIED is due to unsufficient documentation, Would you like to re-submit?

- We are constantly working to improve shipping costs and service quality.
Shipping prices we are offering are one of the lowest in the market, you can ship 2-3 units across Europe for 6-9 EUR.

- Soon you will be able to not choose Selfnamed profiles for your Shopify store and offer prices you like to your customers.
