I had a great experience working with Selfnamed. Their team is very understanding, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Communication was smooth throughout the entire collaboration, and they were always quick to deliver exactly what I needed.

What really stood out to me is how fast and efficient they are while still maintaining high quality. The products are very well made, and I appreciate that they avoid harsh chemicals, which is important for both me and my customers.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and definitely plan to continue doing business with them. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using Selfnamed for a while now, and their products are absolutely amazing, the quality, packaging, and overall branding options are top-tier. You can tell they really care about making their formulas and designs stand out.

However, I’ve noticed that their customer support isn’t as responsive as it used to be. They used to reply super fast, but since the company started scaling, responses seem slower and less personal. I understand growth can stretch resources, but I hope they bring back that same level of support they had before.

Still, I’ll continue using them because their product quality is genuinely impressive, one of the best in the private-label skincare space.

The products are really good as well as the support. They offer also a viratey of solutions for your design.

Only negative point at the moment is that we do have some issues sometimes with the sync/fulfillment with the orders which leads to some delays in shipment

Initially, I encountered some bugs using the Selfnamed app, but Kristaps and the support team were incredibly supportive in resolving my integration issues; Selfnamed seems like a good company, and I hope our long-term partnership goes well.

So far, I have been very satisfied with Selfnamed. I love that their cosmetics are natural and organic, and that they are created in an ethical and eco-sustainable way. One tip I would give is to improve the product packaging a bit; the paper is too fragile, and the perceived value of the product could diminish. It should be more solid.

The customer service and tech support were fantastic, couldn't fault them when ever I had any issues with installing the app.
Fantastic products and I feel their customer service has always been second to none.

I have been working for almost a year with Selfnamed to produce my skincare line for my brand. I have been very happy with the quality of the products and quick delivery to my shop. I'm giving 4 starts as I haven't tried the drop-shipping option yet but have been ordering products in bulk to my own workshop from where I am currently fulfilling customers orders.

I had high hopes for this app, but it has been nothing but trouble. First off, it doesn't sync the products properly, which defeats the whole purpose of using it. The sign-in form is hit or miss; sometimes it works, and other times it just doesn't.

On top of that, the customer service is absolutely terrible. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. I tried reaching out multiple times, but I got no resolution to my issues.

Save yourself the frustration and uninstall this app. There are much better options out there.
