It is very slow to open. Support is unavailable on chat and slow to answer emails.

thanks for your feedback. I understand how frustrating it is to run into an issue during a busy period and not get a response in time.
Your message came in late Friday night during a public holiday in Europe. As a small team, we provide support during regular business hours and are not available during nights, weekends, or holidays.
At the same time, there was a Shopify POS update that caused issues for a number of apps. While that was outside of our control, I understand that from your perspective the key issue was not having a working solution when you needed it.
We aim to be transparent about our support availability so merchants can decide if it fits their needs.
