The app has functioned just as it's supposed to so far. I'm not the most tech savvy person, I mean I'm not facebook user bad, but E-commerce is definitely a new frontier.
When I got in touch with their online support, they were really helpful in answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had.

We've been with Sellbrite for almost 5 years now and are still very happy with them. They are quick to answer any questions we may have. We use the software more than just linking to our Amazon and Walmart stores but to also communicate back and forth to our ERP system which did not have a standard integration in place to Shopify. Great product, very helpful and responsive support. Works well to keep track of inventory and listings on various channels.
Sellbrite is a great inventory management company when you sell on multiple channels. However, the program has a fairly steep learning curve because this type of backend software is complex because there are many variables to get the listings to work perfectly across all channels. I've shopped around and found that Sellbrite is about the best in class for the price that they charge.
I've been using Sellbrite for about 9 mos now. It took some work to get the listings imported, etc. But, was well worth it. Best bank for you buck you'll find.
