Highly Recommend Sellbrite!
Sellbrite has been an absolute game-changer for my inventory management! Their team is responsive, helpful, and truly dedicated to their customers. I’ve always felt supported and valued while using their platform.
A special shoutout to Lilah, who provided exceptional service—her knowledge and assistance made all the difference!
Thank you, Sellbrite team, for your outstanding support and commitment to excellence!
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable inventory management solution!
Great online support & app seems to function well. It does require a little maintenance as sometimes it seems that features bug out. Really a great system and a huge time saver.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this rating and review! -Mike
I have been rather patient with this app to give it a chance...but I highly suggest finding another alternative. The 2-hour update time is ridiculous, causing overselling. And most times the inventory still is still never accurate. Listings from eBay to Shopify do not sync properly. Sellbrite was still pushing out or showing inventory on items that I had at 0 or archived in Shopify. I completely deleted all active listings to prevent overselling several times to re-upload, which is the point of having software like this...but it fails. Small business owners will just have to cough up the money for a good integration, but this one IS NOT THE ONE.
We're very sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the app and experiencing an issue with syncing your listings. 2-hour syncs do come standard with the free plan that you’re currently on, but all of our paid plans come with 15-minute sync times. We'll be sure to reach out to you so that we can investigate any issues you’re seeing and work towards getting things working as intended.
Thank you. -Mike
Products are syncing when we publish on sales channel for the first time.
After that there is no real time syncing of price and inventory. So we had oversold products.
Support is very fast but we only get basic and generic feedback.
Videos are very basic.
Nobody really looks at our issue.
Cannot resolve issues.
I have now received the information that free plans sync only every 2 hours and paid plans sync every 15 minutes. This clarifies my issue, but I had not seen anywhere this information before. With free plan you still have the risk of overselling if you get an order within the 2 hour sync cycle. I changed my rating to 3 stars.
New update: this app is definitely not syncing correctly. We had 2 orders on eBay for products no longer available. We had to cancel the orders. Not good for customers, not good for complying with eBay policies. It looks like the "eBay listings" on the app do sync with listings on my "base" inventory downloaded on the app. But the eBay listings on the app do not actually sync with products already listed on eBay, after having listed them on eBay from the app. The sync only happens the first time they are listed on eBay, but no sync afterwords with eBay. These orders were in fact no longer in stock since August 25!! Still showing available on eBay. No longer showing available from the products downloaded to the app.
Avoid this app to avoid embarassment with customers and risk for not complying for eBay rules. This can be very costly.
We have about 20,000 products, of which 622 on eBay. Impossible to keep checking each and every product one by one.
We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to update your review and share these additional details about your experience. Issues like overselling are exactly what we want to help prevent, and we take your concerns seriously.
I want to address your latest update directly: Sellbrite is designed to continuously sync inventory from Sellbrite to each of your sales channels. This means that when items sell on eBay (or any connected channel), those inventory changes should sync back to Sellbrite, and then out to all other channels within your plan's sync interval.
The situation you're describing, where products sold in August were still showing as available on eBay in December, suggests something may be misconfigured in your account setup. This is not normal behavior for our app, and we'd very much like the opportunity to investigate what's happening.
Our support team has reached out multiple times to gather specific examples and review your account configuration, but we haven't been able to connect with you yet. We genuinely want to resolve this for you and ensure Sellbrite works reliably for your business. Please respond to our support emails or reach out directly so we can investigate your specific setup and make this right.
We're here and ready to help as soon as we hear from you.
So far the app has worked as designed. I'm using the free plan with the intention of upgrading to a paid version. I took a lot of time and error comparing various different apps and this one by far answered all my concerns.
I contacted online support and they were able to answer and address whatever concerns that I had. They even took the time to educate me on the various functions that would benefit me greatly.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our app and our support teams! We're thrilled to see the 5 star rating. -Mike
I've been using Sellbrite to sync product inventories across multiple sales channels, and it's been a fantastic tool. The ability to create products in one place and then post them to all other sales channels has simplified my workflow tremendously. Customer service has been easy to access, and any issues I've encountered were addressed promptly. It's user-friendly and efficient, making multi-channel selling a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone looking to streamline their online sales!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We're happy to hear you had a good interaction with the support team.
It pulls in data beautifully. If you want a consolidated picture of the transactions on your sites this is it. It doesn't cross sync and update inventory to prevent overselling a product across multiple platforms though. Youchave to still update each inventory manually. So sell 2 on azon you need to manually gocinto ebay and adjust inventory. Also once products are created there is no easy way to delete them. And there's not an easy filternsydtem to keep from pulling in specific inventory. If you only want 2000 of 1000 products from shopify it will bring all 100p and you will have to sort and filter sellbrite.sp it's all or nothing.
Response to their response: and there it is... it must be the customers fault... nothing attracts a small business owner more than blaming them. We pointed out the problems. Nobody provided an answer that we could follow. It must be our fault. Love it.
Thank you for your feedback! There may have been some confusion as Sellbrite's primary feature is the ability to synchronize inventory across your channels and prevent overselling. If you weren’t seeing your inventory syncing between your channels, then it's possible you may not have had the inventory sync feature enabled. This does need to be enabled after you set up your account so we can start syncing inventory for you. This is to help prevent the system from syncing incorrect quantities to your channels during your setup/onboarding process. We would be happy to assist you in setting up these features if you ever revisit Sellbrite in the future!
Sharon from Sellbrite has been a HUGE help helping me with problems we had with the shopify store. A+
you cannot do a live API feed to the inventory catalog. you cannot continue to import data once the product catalog is setup. it is all csv updates nothing automated. the data to amazon you can only do 1 price you cand do business price, lowest price, sale price. the info to ebay you cannot do specifications. if you wan to update inventory in a significant way its all b y hand or spreadsheet which was the same technology as he 1980s. this site is good for less than 100 products.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Sorry if there was any previous confusion on this, but you can use our API to make live inventory updates. Our API allows you to build automation to our system doing the following things:
Push Products = Add or edit product data to our system.
Pull Products = Export product data from our system.
Push Inventory = Add or edit inventory to the products in our system.
Pull Inventory = Export inventory data from our system.
Pull Orders = Export orders from our system
Update Shipments = Input shipment details on orders in our system
More information about using our API can be found at developer.sellbrite.com.
It is true that once products are established in your account updates to the product details will need to be made either within the Sellbrite dashboard or using a product CSV file. However, you can run additional imports to bring in new listing data or build new products at any time.
We will be reaching out to address any additional concerns and to make sure Sellbrite is a good fit for your business. We appreciate the feedback!
We've been with Sellbrite for almost 5 years now and are still very happy with them. They are quick to answer any questions we may have. We use the software more than just linking to our Amazon and Walmart stores but to also communicate back and forth to our ERP system which did not have a standard integration in place to Shopify. So we accessed the API and have been able push orders into the ERP and inventory related info from the ERP to Sellbrite that gets pushed out to all of our marketplaces. We rely on Sellbrite alot but I'm sure we are only using a small portion of what the software is capable of doing. Choose Sellbrite. You won't be disappointed.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We appreciate your loyalty and value your business over the years.
