Very easy to use and great support! We like being able to maintain all of our products in one source for all the channels we use.
I own a small business, and we make do with few employees. I find Sellbrite is like having a few extra employees! I have been using the service for a few years now. Compared to similar services, we just feel Sellbrite has the most to offer us, at the best price.
I will admit that I am not technical at all, so I am especially appreciative for Sellbrite's helpful staff that seem to be readily available anytime I have ever needed them.
We started with Sellbrite simply for inventory management because we sell on multiple channels (including: Shopify, Walmart, Amazon, Amazon Canada, Ebay, Etsy, Newegg, Sears, Bonanza & Rakuten). All we do is update inventory in Sellbrite, they take care of the rest. Customers (and marketplaces) demand consistent pricing, and theis make our product listings consistent. Plus, with some sites, such as Walmart, they want inventory updates or confirmations every 5 minutes or so, and this takes care of that as well.
I also find Sellbrite extremely valuable for reports - instant sales reports that I can customize to get all kinds of needed data in seconds, whether it's sales by sku, bestsellers for a certain marketplace, or over all marketplaces, or sales by state, city, or country - since Sellbrite can grab data from all marketplaces at once, I have everything together on one report. So much easier.
I admit I haven't used the listing tools much, but I plan to give that a try soon. I'm sure it will make my life easier, as most of Sellbrite's features do.
Love this app. Especially love it for the FBA integration across all sales channels. It works seamlessly after a basic set up and it's the only software that I've found that pushes the tracking numbers from FBA to customers as well. Super clean interface and is very user friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to automate this process.
Sellbrite is a great inventory management company when you sell on multiple channels. However, the program has a fairly steep learning curve because this type of backend software is complex because there are many variables to get the listings to work perfectly across all channels. I've shopped around and found that Sellbrite is about the best in class for the price that they charge.
I just started using sellbrite this week... I'm still setting it up but so far it's been very user friendly. Questions are answered quickly. Very happy.

This app is great for housing all my inventory in one location. I've created templates in Sellbrite for Shopify and eBay and pushing new product listings out to those platforms is extremely easy. Will continue using this for my inventory management.

As an artist who doesn't have lots of money to spend this was one of the best financial commitments I have made in a long time. Now I can keep my one of a kind inventory updated on multiple channels like shopify, etsy and ebay. There was a little learning curve but nothing that stopped me from running my shops. I absolutely love this app and recommend it for any creative who sells and keeps track of one of a kind products as well as a large retail inventory. Extremely intuitive and robust. Customer service has always been quick and easy to understand. Try it! It is worth the time, expense and effort!

I just want to say what a great product this is! I started my Shopify store a couple of months ago and now that everything is established, I want to increase my exposure to more people. I decided eBay was the best place for my products but having never sold on there - the thought of setting things up was a bit overwhelming. Sellbrite has made selling on eBay so easy. I end up doing very little on eBay itself. I still do most everything in Shopify - add/edit products, manage orders, do the shipping. Once you setup templates in Sellbrite, adding new listings to eBay is quick and easy. I am actually writing this review while I post 250 listings. The whole process took around 10 minutes. And one of the best things they do is synchronize the inventory counts. I don't have to manage that or tell another customer that "I'm sorry but that is out of stock". The listings disappear from eBay once the stock goes to zero. And the cost of $0 to get started is great! They will keep me on the $0 plan forever as long as I stay under 30 orders per month. It was a no-brainer to try this out. Now, after one week, it looks like I'm going to blow past that. I'm happy to pay them as I get more than 30 orders - these are sales I never would have gotten. Sellbrite is a well designed system that I found easy to setup and use. I highly recommend it for expanding your business.

Looking forward to multiple user functionality and some other improvements BUT this is the best program HANDS DOWN. Their customer service is the best ever with functional help chat integrated into website. I have asked about 10 questions and gotten helpful answers in a timely manner each time.
This app perfectly syncs my products and inventory between eBay and Shopify, and many other channels too. Very happy and would highly recommend. Looking forward to future updates to save me more time!
Sellbrite is an outstanding application. The benefits this app has brought to our business is incredible. There is always room for improvement just like any web-base software but they are constantly upgrading and adding new futures. Furthermore their support and team is awesome! They are very knowledgable and if I ever don't understand something or need a work-around solution they always provide me with the answer I need. I highly recommend any e-commerce business to give them a try. They will do wonders and will not disappoint!
