I have been using Sellbrite to sell on Ebay and Amazon and to keep my inventory synced. I just added a Shopify online store. While doing this support from both Shopify and Sellbrite has been outstanding!

I have two etsy stores, two eBay stores, two shopify stores and an Amazon presence. It would not be possible to manage inventory on 4,000 products across seven channels without this robust system.

I am a one person business sending and receiving 400-600 items every week. Using Sellbrite allows me to have a central hub to manage all of my inventory tasks.

I check in in the morning and at a glance, I can see how many orders I have to ship that morning. It's the first stop of my day.

When I receive stock, I update the stock quantities in Sellbrite and it automatically sends them to eBay, Shopify and Amazon. I do have to manually update etsy but that's only a couple of clicks per item.

I'm excited that they have merged with GoDaddy and hopeful that at some point this will be a central hub for my bookkeeping activities as well.

I tried other inventory management systems before I tried this one. They were clunky and frustrating.

I'm a social media e-commerce influencer and send a lot of people to this utility. It's expensive but click around for some great deals. I could not run my small businesses without sellbrite!

Get to where the buyers are! Sellbrite will allow you to do that!

Sellbrite is the cream of the crop when it comes to multichannel selling platforms. Our company has went from around $1 million in sales revenue to over $5 million in just 3 short years with the help of Sellbrite.

Sellbrite's pricing is great when comparing other platforms available, because they provide top-notch reliability and stability. Sellbrite enabled me to grow my Amazon store, but then my shopify store store outgrew Sellbrite. Sellbrite exports fulfilment data to ebay, Etsy and Amazon, but can't import fulfilment data, which means I am now looking for a new app as I must move to printing labels on Amazon and Etsy due the increase in sales volumes in those stores. There are other issues that I was living with, such as duplicate skus and overselling, but in the end, the lack of ability to fully integrate my Shopify store with Etsy and Amazon (meaning both importing and exporting fulfilment information) meant that I have to replace the app. If your not looking for that, Sellbrite will probably work just fine for you. But beware that you might outgrow the app in time. (I did request this functionality, but was told that feature requests are not for sure and would take time, and they recognized that Sellbrite was no longer the perfect match for my store.) Sellbrite is a good app. But it is not an excellent one.

In the year of our lord 2023 do you want to have to check your paid tool's work every day? Do you want customers contacting you because orders haven't been passed to Amazon for fulfillment or tracking has not been passed back to Shopify or eBay? Do you want to return from sick leave or vacation to a logjam of failed orders and upset customers?
If so, Sellbrite is the tool for you!
The rest of us will find it absolutely unacceptable that they haven't figured out how to notify us -their customers- when errors occur (and they will) so that those errors can be resolved. Instead they expect users to log in daily to make sure that everything is working as advertised.

The company's software and team are complete garbage. Buyer beware: they take about 200 holidays a year. And besides that, they've taken up to weeks to answer our inquiries. The software hardly works and is littered with errors. On top of all this, when the customer service team does answer you, they don't even look into your inquiry and they just assume the issues you are having without an effort. This laziness manifests itself when they ask you for certain "evidence" that they can very easily search up themselves on your account.

ORIGINAL REVIEW 12/08/2018: Overall, I love Sellbrite and it has allowed me to easily consolidate inventory across channels. My only grudge is against their annual-billing process. I paid for a year up front ... and during the one month that I barely exceeded the order limit (BFCM, obv), my subscription was automatically upgraded and i was unexpectedly charged close to $1K for the pro-rated balance of the year. But the one month I exceeded the limit was a fluke (although I would LOVE for it to be the new norm) ... all in all, if your order volume has the potential to spike out of the limitations for one out of 12 months, I highly recommend going with monthly billing to save yourself from any potential shocks to your cashflow. But other than that, everything has been aces. They are usually super quick to respond to issues/chats and using Sellbrite has really helped expedite/streamline our in-house order fulfilling.

UPDATE 07/06/2020: well, I have now been using Sellbrite for over 2 years. I am using their 2K Pro Sellbrite plan (not the Sellbrite for Shopify) ... I cannot say anything for "Sellbrite for Shopify" because that integration did not exist when I first signed up ... but their standard "Sellbrite" option, where all inventory is housed on Sellbrite instead of Shopify is amazing. ($179/mo instead of $99/mo) I absolutely love being able to see "available inventory" vs "reserved inventory" and "total inventory" ... when you are adjusting the QTY for a 100 SKUs at a time, their bulk editor is the BEST. I did not want to lose that capability, so I stuck with the original Sellbrite instead of switching to Sellbrite for Shopify.

I also never had any more hiccups with billing since I left my initial review. Back then, I went back to monthly billing and the *surprise* $1K charge was rolled into my postage wallet. Easy breezy. Now their plan allows for 2K orders instead of 1K; so I was able to go back to annual billing without having to worry about any unexpected pro-rated charges anytime soon. YAY!

Overall, I *highly* recommend Sellbrite. The interface is so clean and contemporary vs other inventory consolidating software (I am a designer, so aesthetics are important to me) and I never had any big issues with Shopify/Amazon and Etsy all pulling from the same inventory. I was a bit worried when I heard that GoDaddy acquired Sellbrite (cause that usually causes everything to go downhill) but it has not negatively affected my experience at all. Thanks, Sellbrite!
