    Too many bugs. Not enough experienced support staff. If you reach out regarding a specific issue, frontline staff only repeats the information that is already on the app. Not an actual solution. Not their fault though. It's the limitations of the app. Have been trying to successfully import listings from Etsy and sync products for the last 8 days. Done 3 times already. Too many little issues to even list here. Some examples are, product weights and dimensions all messed up. Product variants not linked to main product and not syncing. Product getting delisted from Etsy when there is clearly product in stock for variants. No wonder you need 1 month for free to set up this app before you can even decide whether it works for your business. However I understand they are not alone in pushing out a buggy/incomplete app to the market. That's the industry practice. Anyway I still have hope and will try to make it work before the free period runs out.

    I have been using Sellbrite for over 4 years now. Whenever I need help, their integrated app allows me to contact someone live very quickly. Even on the weekends when Sellbrite is supposed to be closed, a tech support person will still help me. Great customer service all of these years. No regrets at all.
