Ein absoluter muss für alle die bei Amazon verkaufen und nicht im Blindflug durch die zahlen fliegen. Die Anbindung an Shopify ist perfekr. Ich kenne kein system was so gut und intuitiv arbeitet und preislich absolut fair.

Gut ist dass man sich eine GuV in deutscher Sprache herunter laden kann. Das ist für die deutschen Banken und Sparkassen wichtig, da dort keiner englische Onlineshop Begriffe kapiert! auch Marketingabkürzungen sind für eine Gewinnvorlage bei einer Bank nicht verständlich, daher schon mal super. Was aber echt schade ist, dass man keine Marge auf seinen VK pauschal vergeben kann. Wenn jemand so viele Artikel und Varianten hat wie wir (über 10.000) kann man nicht bei jedem Artikel den Ek einfügen. Da sitzt man in 10 Jahren noch dran. Wenn man weiß dass man zb. eine Marge von 50%/2.0 hat, dann könnte man das pauschal auf alle Artikel anwenden und man erhält den korrekten Selbstkostenpreis. Wenn ihr das noch möglich machen würdet, wäre diese App für die deutschen Anwender wirklich Premium!!!

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback, der Feature Request macht total Sinn. Es gibt gute Nachrichten: Wir haben die Funktion in sellerboard implementiert.
Und zwar gibt es einen neuen Einkaufspreis-Typ: "% vom VK-Preis". Man kann bei der Pflege der Einkaufspreise im Menü "Produkte" diesen Typen für ausgewählte Produkte auswählen und dann einen Prozentsatz als Wert angeben (z.B. 50%).
Außerdem gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Einkaufspreise massenhaft für alle Produkte zu bearbeiten. Das können Sie im Menü "Einstellungen" im Abschnitt "Standard-Einkaufspreise" tun. Hier kann man den Standard-Einkaufspreis-Typ für neue Produkte definieren (z.B. "% vom VK-Preis") und den entsprechenden Wert (z.B. 50%). Der Wert wird automatisch auf neue Produkte im Shop angewendet. Der Button "Auf alle Produkte anwenden" übernimmt die Einstellung auch für bestehende Produkte (wahlweise auf alle oder nur auf die, bei denen der EK noch nicht manuell geändert wurde).

Incredibly frustrating. I’ve been using this app for over two years, and it’s so close to being genuinely useful, but it’s riddled with bugs and inaccurate reporting.
Over the past two months, these issues have escalated significantly, with marketing costs from Meta being imported incorrectly, resulting in unreliable data.
I’ve spent countless hours trying to resolve this with their almost non-existent customer support. I’ve been dealing with someone named George, who repeatedly promised fixes but mainly responded with what appeared to be AI-generated replies.
Two months later, nothing has been fixed. This is one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever had. The issues remain unresolved, and the app continues to deliver incorrect data, which is unacceptable for a business-critical tool.
If I had the choice again, I would not choose this app. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, since Sellerboard now holds over two years of our historical data, switching comes with a very high cost for us.

It seems to do everything except wash dishes. George spent an hour with me onboarding and answering questions, which I really appreciated since I am neither a developer nor an accountant. I look forward to finally having real numbers that don't take a full time job just to put together to finally make better decisions for my business.

It's a nice tool, in theory. Been using it for a while and have had occasional issues with inaccurate data - primarily shipping costs not calculating correctly, which makes the numbers vastly incorrect. There are also random UI bugs that - even with screenshots and video - seem to be blamed on the user or ignored.
If you're willing to double-check things and work around data entry issues, it's fine.

Useless support and constant bugs.
I'm trying to fix a problem with shipping fees calculations for 2 weeks now. The support is useless, only replying with generic responses and links to "answers" that are not even close to my problem.
I'm considering moving to alternative app as this is becoming a real pain in the a.. I'm paying this guys for Shopify and Amazon profit tracking, but it looks like will have to move to another service both.

Great product. Does what it says and excellent support from their team. All my questions and concerns were answered in a timely fashion.
I would like to see tighter integration with MCF for Shopify orders i.e. being able to fulfil Shopify orders via MCF on Amazon like their product Sellerboard for Amazon does for eBay.
