They Deleted our listings, caused us a $10000 loss and left our website in havoc. They don't own their mistakes instead they blamed us for their incompetence. Zero Seller Support and pathetic customer service!

If you’re a Shopify business looking for a streamlined, reliable partner, avoid SellerChamp. Their platform repeatedly failed to integrate properly, and promised “all-in-one” support turned into a cycle of delays, excuses, and empty promises that impacted our sales significantly. We saw our listings plagued with errors across platforms, requiring constant oversight that drained our time and resources. Weekly calls with their team included promises of compensation and resolution, but neither materialized.

On top of it all, basic services, like transparent billing through Easypost, were subpar, making it difficult to audit unexpected charges.
