Selling Point

This app made it easy for our organization to migrate over gift cards from two different systems while preserving their original codes. This made the experience for our customers seamless by preserving the codes they already had. This functionality is not available natively in Shopify but this app was able to do that and at a very reasonable cost.

Very easy to use and support was responsive and helpful. I'd highly recommend if you need to import gift cards from another platform. What would have taken hours for me to do manually was done in minutes with this app.

Quality app integration with amazing support. When migrating my square gift cards over I had a few questions about the CSV file. Mark was responsive AND helped me create the correct CSV file needed. I got it all uploaded and everything transferred over correctly. I was so nervous about it, but all is working well. Highly recommend.

Importing credit balances was quick and easy. Everything works as advertised. While importing my legacy gift cards, I had a spreadsheet proble. Had to reach out to support and Mark was fast to respond and fixed my spreadsheet issue. Highly recommend this App. Quickly moved my gift cards to the new system without any issues. I own a brick and mortar retail business and just transitioned from an old POS system to Shopify. We had all of these gift cards that had been issued from years past that we needed to import into our Shopify system with no easy way to do it until we found the Selling Point app. We simply did an export and import and all of our gift cards (and balances) are now in our Shopify system! It was super easy to use Selling Point and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.

When migrating from Square to Shopify gift card migration was a major stress factor for us. We wanted to make sure we could get all of our gift cards into the new system ($8,000+ value). We did not want to have a spreadsheet at the cash wrap to sift through and Selling Point is the answer!

Per Selling Points step by step instructions I was able to contact Square to get exactly what was needed, but then I was scared to upload the wrong format, although it was correct. I contacted Support and Mark was incredibly quick in helping to make sure the format was correct for the upload. Once submitted to upload it was a matter of seconds for all of our gift cards to show up in the new system. This app is worth the price for the major fix we needed!

Having gift cards transferred from Square was proving to be difficult, but after chatting with support on selling point they we were able to advise me on what document to request from Square and then assisted in getting the spreadsheet set up and the export was seamless after that!
