We installed the app and went through the trial app period, and then we were getting billed constantly for a month after the app had been uninstalled. Support was somewhat helpful, but still, we aren't able to solve the issue of constant billing. It's been a month of this process, and Shopify cannot do that much without app developer cooperation. We ended up making a dispute with Shopify hopefully at the end this will be resolved.
