Worst service I have experienced. The cost of $99 a month is not worth it at all. I have been waiting for an answer from support for 3 weeks with no answer. -5 stars.
Sendbird Chatbot's automation features have saved us a lot of time and resources. We can now focus on more complex issues and leave the simple queries to the chatbot. The integration with Shopify API is also seamless – we can easily manage our inventory, orders, and customer data all in one place.
The setup process was incredibly easy, and it seamlessly integrated with my existing product information. It's like having a custom ChatGPT tailored specifically for my Shopify store. The app understands all my product details perfectly, making customer interactions smooth and efficient. Highly recommend it!

This app provides how I can easily test the chatbot and customize and overall gives a good visibility and analytics of how your bot engages with the visitors. I'm satisfied with the chatbot's accuracy and the speed as well as Sendbird's response to the support tickets I raised. Highly recommend!
