Worst service I have experienced. The cost of $99 a month is not worth it at all. I have been waiting for an answer from support for 3 weeks with no answer. -5 stars.

Worst service ever experienced on a Shopify app. We've been waiting over 2 months to hear back from the support team. The app started off great, but then broke – the AI is hallucinating 95% of the time – and Sendbird have been useless. Meanwhile we've been paying $99 / month for a product we cannot use. I'd appreciate urgent support.

Sendbird Chatbot's automation features have saved us a lot of time and resources. We can now focus on more complex issues and leave the simple queries to the chatbot. The integration with Shopify API is also seamless – we can easily manage our inventory, orders, and customer data all in one place.

The setup process was incredibly easy, and it seamlessly integrated with my existing product information. It's like having a custom ChatGPT tailored specifically for my Shopify store. The app understands all my product details perfectly, making customer interactions smooth and efficient. Highly recommend it!

Answering each customer's question one by one was really a chore, but it has become much easier since I started using this plugin. I am not very knowledgeable about technical stuff, so I was worried about the setup, but this plugin automatically fetches and integrates my store information, so there was nothing much to worry about.
