We were satisfied with the platform till we tried to activate “lettre suivie” solution. It has been 4 weeks we have been waiting and their support team is not even answering our messages anymore. Very disappointing.
Sendcloud is great, it made shipping for me way more manageable and easy. Integration with Shopify is great, the only thing I'm missing is a option to import an draft order. but that's also a problem on Shopify's side, because the customer can't pay with Shopify Payments (except CC) if the draft order has been converted to order.
Clear and concise layout. user-friendly and the helpdesk is also professional and will help you on your way.
Insuring via X-Cover with Sendcloud makes it even easier to act quickly with the customer.
Pessimo servizio di assistenza, soprattutto del team italiano che legge i messaggi e nemmeno risponde. Da evitare completamente.
Anche la app funziona male, mille passaggi per generare e stampare le etichette. Addirittura se vuoi spedire con BRT devi richiedere il ritiro dal sito di BRT e non tramite sendcloud. Quindi a cosa servirebbe?

Sinds ik Sendcloud gebruik voor mijn webshop, is het hele verzendproces echt naar een hoger niveau getild. Bestellingen vliegen letterlijk de deur uit in één handomdraai. Alles werkt snel, intuïtief en volledig geautomatiseerd. Ik hoef amper nog iets handmatig te doen, wat mij enorm veel tijd én stress bespaart.
De integratie met mijn webshop verliep vlekkeloos en ik kan makkelijk kiezen uit verschillende vervoerders, afgestemd op wat het beste past bij mijn klant. De interface is duidelijk en professioneel, en ook het aanmaken van verzendlabels gaat supersnel.
Wat ik ook heel fijn vind, is de communicatie naar mijn klanten toe. Ze ontvangen automatisch track & trace-updates en dat schept vertrouwen.
Kortom: Sendcloud is voor mij een absolute gamechanger. Onmisbaar voor elke serieuze webshop!
Zero support. Only an idiotic AI chatbot that promises to connect you to a human, which never happens. If this is their service during onboarding, I can only imagine what it is like when things actually go wrong in shipping.
This is a stark contrast with Soundcloud's pushy sales people who waste no time in contacting you. Clearly shows where their focus is: sell sell sell, and then let the customers sort it out themselves.

We zijn over het algemeen zeer tevreden met Sendcloud. Makkelijk versturen van pakketten en mooi geïntegreerd met Shopify.
Enige minpuntje is dat Sendcloud bij een klant zelf een ophaalpunt had geselecteerd terwijl ze gewoon haar thuisadres had op gegeven en dit thuisadres ook op het verzendlabel stond. Nu moeten we steeds controleren of dit wel klopt.....

We have been working with SendCloud for over 5 years and were initially very satisfied. In the past, there was always a dedicated contact person, and any minor issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. However, things have drastically changed. Nowadays, it feels like there’s no one who truly knows your case or is available to help. The software struggles to keep up with Shopify updates, leading to recurring problems that they seem unable to fix. Support tickets are often ignored, leaving us feeling unheard and frustrated. For the price they charge, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
