Qualité de service remarquable Je ne suis pas du genre à écrire des commentaires mais cette firme mérite vraiment quelques lignes. Ils présentent pour leur client, quand bien même aucun forfait payant n'a été souscrit, un service d'assistance remarquable et extrêmement réactif
C'est simple je suis stupéfait par leurs compétences tant en communication, qu'en aide pour le paramétrage de l’application, ou encore pour ouvrir et régler les litiges avec les transporteurs Merci à votre équipe

Wir waren vorher mit unserem Shop bei einem anderen Anbieter. Bis wir Sendcloud getestet haben. Wir sind - kurz gesagt - begeistert! Zum Einen ist die Bedienung und der Ablauf klasse, aber auch der Support! So geht ecommerce heute!

I use SendCloud since seven months. While the app is relatively easy to use there are ongoing bugs which are not being resolved. Since months there are issues with Packstationen and Paketshops. They are either not available in the app (even so they definitely exist) or the they can be selected but then the app records an error. Annoying. The customer service is friendly but not very responsive or solution oriented. Typically you don't get a status update for longer term issues. All in all, good start but not happy anymore.

Fine until shipments go missing or are damaged and you have to make a claim. Note, they dont reply to or process claims, the amount of information they ask for to even make a claim is huge then they just ignore it. You have to keep sending emails which they dont reply to or ever finish the claim. I have several claims for missing parcels that I paid to have insurance on that have not been processed and have never received any money back. Its sadly not possible to claim directly with the shipping company once you've used sendcloud, you have to wait for them to do the claim. This has cost me hundreds of euros and hours of my time : (

Since the new release april 20, 2017, all orders before March 22nd, 2017 cannot be imported any more. This is done without any message, email or whatever to the client.

Had Sendcloud since april 2016, we where working fine with them.
But now it is chaos.
There customer service is not capable to understand the problem of me as a client. Had to ask for an involved person. Very slow and frustrating process with them at the moment.
There is also no support for the UPS commercial invoice.

Have contacted them about this. But they cannot help me.

Have to look for another app.

Sendcloud didn't to fix a bug on their side that kept us from creating shipments because they were "busy rolling out new markets". It's sad because it's a good software and we really wanted to make it work. Finally, we decided to switch to another provider that is focussed on a working product (hopefully). Before signing the contract, make sure everything really really works. Their support takes very long to respond (up to 3 weeks).
