Plutôt satisfaite de l'application qui reste gratuite. Le seul hic, les clients qui ne sélectionnent pas leur point de retrait après paiement car je suis en version Basic de shopify et quand on leur demande où livrer il regarde sur le site de shop2shop et nous on ne retrouve pas ce relais dans nos choix. C'est le petit point noir.
Sinon hyper simple utilisation, facturation 2 fois par mois.
Sendcloud integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Your orders are automatically synced with labels prepared according to your preferences. You only have to click "create label" and you're done.
Not giving 5/5 because as a starter selling physical products (low margins) I feel the lowest tier pricing is a bit steep. I would also very much like to use GLS as shipper but while it's listed as shipper it's apparently not available on my plan.

Cependant, ce serait bien qu'ils proposent plus de contrats provenant de SendCloud pour d'autres transporteurs, surtout au moins un juste pour les envois par palette.
Point Fort :
En continuelle progression, des mises à jour régulièrement avec de vraies nouveautés et même certaines fonctionnalités ont été rajoutées à la demande.
Point Faible :
En soi, ce n'est pas vraiment leur faute, mais le fait que Shopify bloque la sélection du point relais avant le paiement, c'est vraiment contraignant.
Et aussi, quand un colis a été déposé dans un point relais différent de celui choisi par le destinataire, la page de suivi de SendCloud ne met pas à jour le nouveau point relais et si le client ne recevait pas les informations du transporteur même, il ne saurait pas où a été déposé son colis.
The app has definitely saved me money in the long run but, there are teething issues. I activated DHL but get 0 quotes from them. I post a lot using Royal Mail to USA but when adding my parcel size and weight is only lets me use UPS so I have to book direct through Royal Mail after spending time checking. I have queried the issue but never found out what the problem is.
Overall it works okay but I would give 5 stars if they fixed it so I get quotes from more couriers.
Utilizzo questa App ormai da sei mesi e devo dire che ha semplificato di parecchio il lavoro. In unica piattaforma è possibile scegliere con facilità quale corriere utilizzare.
Shopify sync works pretty smoothly, a good range of shipping options, and fairly easy to use interface. Booking pickups is a bit awkward
This has been my go-to platform since the start of my webshop. It’s very convenient, has saved me a lot of time, and Sendcloud’s helpdesk has been consistently helpful.
Important warning: I strongly advise against using the shipping insurance. It’s handled by a third party called XCover. In my case, XCover refused to resolve a valid claim and redirected me to Kifid (the Dutch financial complaints institute). But Kifid confirmed to me that they are not affiliated with XCover at all. Communication from XCover was minimal and responsibility was repeatedly deflected.
Aside from this insurance issue, Sendcloud itself is a solid and reliable platform. Just don't use the optional insurance.

Ottima app per semplificare il lavoro.
Può migliorare parecchio sull'assistenza clienti (non che non risolvano i problemi, ma ogni volta aprire un ticket o contattare l'assistenza ha molte frizioni).
Le numerose funzioni a disposizione potrebbero inoltre essere spiegate meglio (io penso di sfruttarne il 20%).
Infine i contratti con i corrieri meriterebbero una dashboard con più info raggruppate (es. info account con ciascun corriere) e anche le funzioni di prenotazione ritiri.
Tutto sommato però è molto utile
