Not recommended because of weak customer experience. After creating the shipping labels with Hermes Courier UK, packing and dropping to shop, the shipping couldn't be scanned. Contacted customer service, they said they are aware of the situation (Failed Courier Service) and showed me a help page on their support portal for the callout the issue. But unfortunately, customers wouldn't read this page! Instead, they would need to see direct notification within the dashboard panel. For example, you could simple give support notification such as: "Sorry, we are having difficulty on hermes courier, don't use it for now" , or simply disable the service so that customers don't create label and go to parcel shop to drop it. Waste of time, energy and terrible customer service.
Really a tool for beginners. Integration lacks import approximately once a week, so you need to reconnect your store and constantly keep track of orders being imported. The filtering options are very "standardized" and you cannot create a manual order with order-lines within the system (only manual label) i.e. for spare-parts etc. API integration with google sheets OK. You are unable to pause an order in case an address is wrong, or for some other reason an order must go on pause. System is really made for those who run and ship by themselves and not for bigger organizations where there can be a lot of going back and forth with orders. Please note if you delete an order it will keep being pushed into the system unless it is deleted in shopify.
I use SendCloud since seven months. While the app is relatively easy to use there are ongoing bugs which are not being resolved. Since months there are issues with Packstationen and Paketshops. They are either not available in the app (even so they definitely exist) or the they can be selected but then the app records an error. Annoying. The customer service is friendly but not very responsive or solution oriented. Typically you don't get a status update for longer term issues. All in all, good start but not happy anymore.
