Very happy with the service of Sendcloud. The app is really a asset to our webshop. Quick response from helpdesk incase you have questions.
I use SendCloud since seven months. While the app is relatively easy to use there are ongoing bugs which are not being resolved. Since months there are issues with Packstationen and Paketshops. They are either not available in the app (even so they definitely exist) or the they can be selected but then the app records an error. Annoying. The customer service is friendly but not very responsive or solution oriented. Typically you don't get a status update for longer term issues. All in all, good start but not happy anymore.
