Sendcloud integreert heel goed met Shopify waardoor onze orders goed door komen en makkelijk verwerkt kunnen worden. Het is heel gebruiksvriendelijk en ze kijken constant uit naar manieren om hun werking en service nóg beter te maken. Ook heel handig dat je de bezorgstatus teruggemeld ziet aan Shopify, zodat je ook bij de bestellingen in Shopify 'Bezorgd' ziet staan. Wij groeien verder met sendcloud.
Servizio impeccabile, l'assistenza ha solo delle piccole pecche nella velocità di risoluzione dei problemi legati ai ticket, ma capisco che non dipenda tutto da loro. Per il resto servizio top.

Only reserve is about Pickup points that is sub-optimal to be fair (specifically for the customer, in the checkout - We know there is some compatibility things due to Shopify...).
