Servizio impeccabile, l'assistenza ha solo delle piccole pecche nella velocità di risoluzione dei problemi legati ai ticket, ma capisco che non dipenda tutto da loro. Per il resto servizio top.
Sendcloud is een top verzendplatform waarbij onze orders supervlot verwerkt kunnen worden. Het is heel gebruiksvriendelijk en ze kijken constant uit naar manieren om hun werking en service nóg beter te maken. De klantenservice is ook super, vriendelijk en vlot!
Due punti dolenti
1. Se c'è qualche problema con le spedizioni, bisogna prima aprire il ticket con Sendcloud (non lo si può fare direttamente con il corriere a meno che non si collegano i propri contratti) e poi loro devono contattare il corriere di riferimento.
Quindi si perde tantissimo tempo prezioso ed il cliente ne risente.
Quindi consiglio di abilitare dei contratti personali e collegarli alla piattaforma.
