Wij maken inmiddels al een aantal jaar probleemloos gebruik van Sendcloud voor het verzenden van onze inkomende orders via Shopify. Het werkt echt superhandig: zodra een bestelling via Sendcloud is verwerkt, wordt alle info automatisch doorgestuurd naar Shopify en ontvangt de klant direct de trackinginformatie. We were satisfied with the platform till we tried to activate “lettre suivie” solution. It has been 4 weeks we have been waiting and their support team is not even answering our messages anymore. Very disappointing.
