**0 Stars – Terrible Customer Support Experience**
My experience with Sendcloud support was extremely frustrating. The AI messenger was awful and repeatedly refused to put me through to a human, even though I needed to send screenshots to properly explain the issue.
I kept asking to speak to a real person, but the AI continued to block this. Strangely, as soon as I said I was considering closing my account, I was suddenly transferred to a human agent.
Customers shouldn’t have to threaten to leave before being allowed to speak to someone. When an issue requires screenshots or a proper explanation, there needs to be a clear and easy way to reach human support.
A very disappointing support experience.
