Varios problemas desde el principio. La atención al cliente es prácticamente nula, cuando he podido hablar con Verónica, muy bien todo. Pero hubo problemas con el servicio externo que tienen y nunca puede recibir respuesta, porque les devolvían los emails.
Para evitar algunos problemas, que los problemas eran varios, al principio. Hay que activar la app en el tema de la tienda, si no lo hacen probablemente tengas los siguientes problemas: suscriptores antiguos que no aparecían suscritos y hay que hacerlo a mano, suscriptores nuevos que no se suscriben automáticamente y tendrás que volver a hacerlo manualmente.
Así que esta parte se solucionó activando la App en el tema de la tienda.
Y el fallo grave de verdad, por lo menos en España, es que enviando campañas de email a suscriptores, intenté darme de baja con un email de prueba que tenía entre los emails de la campaña, llegué hasta el final y todo parecía correcto de cara al cliente. Te decía que te habías dado de baja correctamente. Pero al comprobar la lista de suscriptores, seguía ahí y con la suscripción en activo. Me puse en contacto, abrieron una incidencia nueva y tras varios días de espera y ni una respuesta (por el problema que mencioné antes). Decidí desinstalar.
Se han puesto en contacto conmigo y están intentando solucionarlo pero el GDPR en la UE me impide usar la app si quiero evitar problemas legales.
Por lo demás la app me pareció sencilla y fácil de usar. Por eso, cambio mi reseña y le doy 3 estrellas.
I’ve been really impressed with Shopify Sender Integration! Setting everything up was a breeze, and on the sender backend automation functionality really helped with sending emails without any manual action. I did hit a small snag when setting it up, but Support section was helpful. I can’t recommend Sender enough!
Very good email Marketing tool! I have used several and this is the best by far as it's very affordable : the free plan lets you build up your list and has enough features to send great campaigns.
Setting the app up is very straightforward. I had a couple of questions regarding some features and the support team was very responsive (Skylar was a big help!).
I would use it, but I had a problem with installation, domain, and email confirmation; I had to contact support via email to do so (it took a few days)... Support asks basic questions such as "Did you check your Trash folder?" and disappears till the next day, etc. Main issue: Every morning, the app moves from Installed to Uninstalled by itself... Support couldn't help (maybe they can, but one email a day is not worse it)...
So, I'm moving to another better-developed app.
Just got SENDER for my site and I would have been totally lost but thanks to Lucas, he got me all setup and running really fast!
I've created my first form in under 5 minutes and it's on my site already! Loving SENDER already, thanks again Lucas for the awesome help!
I got everything all set up at Sender.net, imported my list from my old email marketing app, set up the automations and everything, and Sender won't attach to my shopify account for some reason. Reached out to the chat support and "John" told me that MAYBE someone would look at it, and MAYBE someone would get back to me, but don't call them, they'll call me. That was it. So... I guess I'm moving on to another company and wish I could get the past two hours of set-up time back.
Sender did fix the issue, and since then has sent at least three emails asking me to delete this review. I'll upgrade to two stars for fixing the issue, but the review is really about the absolutely awful service from John. And it was awful. He really underscored that my issue would not be a priority for their tech support. Based on information from him, I moved on.

I appreciate that I can set up these essential automations and engage with customers immediately. Michael at customer support has also been a major highlight, but the whole team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. The drag-and-drop editor is easy to use for creating basic promotional emails and newsletters.
When it comes to email marketing software, it's important to be able to communicate with customer service whenever issues may arise - or have questions, in general, especially when you're getting used to a new system. Michael is superb : )
This email app is amazing! It's super easy to use and set up. It's helped us connect with customers and build loyalty like never before. Definitely a must-have!

Out of all the email apps I've tried, this one is my favorite. It's not confusing, and I can find everything easily. It's like playing an easy game with all the cool features. I'd give it a zillion stars if I could!
Sender is great email marketing app. Easy to setup and use and has gave us option to automate our email campaigns. hopefully it will help in increasing our sales.
Sender suspended my account right after the payment, no specific reason provided, just 'check our terms and conditions', have NOT sent any email, they just scammed me...
I appreciate how Sender.net makes it easy to segment my email list. Being able to send targeted messages to specific groups of subscribers has been a amazing for my business. Also, the email personalization feature in Sender.net is top-notch. I'm able to send targeted messages to my subscribers based on their behavior and interests, which improves engagement.
