Sendinblue est un de nos principaux outils d'entretien de relation avec notre communauté. Simple d'utilisation. Service client réactif.

j'utilise depuis quelques mois Sendinblue pour la gestion de mes mails et suis entièrement satisfait. une petite prise en main est nécessaire pour ceux, qui comme moi, découvrent ce genre d application, mais le support technique, très réactif et à l’écoute aura répondu à toutes mes interrogations. je ne peux que recommander.

Good support but product is limited to bringing across order Id, order date and customer email. Useful but not for ecommerce where you would ideally be able to target by product purchased etc (which can be done, but would involve manual imports or setting up an API etc).

SendInBlue is a great service overall and we will continue to use it for our newsletters etc. Just not for ecommerce.

I'm using the free version of this app, 5mb limit on photo uploads which has made it a little harder for me but still a very good app, easy to navigate.

We use this app to send regular emails to our customers and also offer discounts etc. So far it's been smooth. Still working on further automation and will update as we go.

Super simple to set up, my shopify signups are seamlessly transfered to my Sendinblue database. It would be helpful if a data collection popup for my shopify store was included too.

App good used and very easy to install. The setup of automated workflows between Shopify and Sendinblue is very simple.
