The app seems great. Easy to configure templates and campaign but regarding "Transactionnal Emails", it does not work because no one knows how to configure SMTP settings on Shopify. Support can't help.

EDIT: I missed something, the app works well.

Hello,
Configuring SMTP settings can easily be done via the plugin.
Go to the "Transactional Email & Text Message Manager" of the plugin.
Choose "Yes" for "Activate SendinBlue SMTP for your transactional emails". Click on "Update".

Super easy to use. Love that I can just drag and drop images. Customer service is also quick and amazing.

You're in it for a journey!!!! I had an issue with the abandoned cart emails workflow, and after a lot of back and forth with the customer service (who kept asking the same questions), they marked my support ticket as Resolved even though nothing was done. NB: I'm on a paid plan

Good support but product is limited to bringing across order Id, order date and customer email. Useful but not for ecommerce where you would ideally be able to target by product purchased etc (which can be done, but would involve manual imports or setting up an API etc).

SendInBlue is a great service overall and we will continue to use it for our newsletters etc. Just not for ecommerce.

J'utilise Sendinblue depuis 3 mois après avoir utilisé Mailchimp pendant 2 ans. J'ai d'abord fait ce choix pour réduire mes coûts et plusieurs entrepreneurs autour de moi me l'avaient recommandé. Aujourd'hui je ne regrette pas du tout ce choix, j'ai même eu la surprise de découvrir que le support est ultra performant (je parle d'un vrai support avec des personnes qui vous parlent en visio et vous accompagnent tout au long de votre problème pour le résoudre avec vous). J'en ai profité pour découvrir un peu plus les fonctionnalités et mettre en place plusieurs scénarios d'automation afin de mieux communiquer avec mes clients et garder des listes propres !
Bref je recommande !

Sendinblue has been a reliable email marketing app for us for many months, however their recent app update slowed down our website to a crawl. We used to have the option to disable behavior tracking (as this introduces 3rd party code to the website), but this option is now gone and all customer behavior on the site is tracked by default. Not only is this a detriment to our SEO ranking for site speed, but the customer privacy implications are also concerning.

Great app until something breaks. For weeks a technical error on their side has prevented several hundred users from unsubscribing. Their handling has been atrocious with sending over sensitive client data in cleartext and not proactively notifying us. We've been asked to manually validate hundreds of emails without any refunds being offered.

Great app, but the most important is, that the deliverability of mails is much more better than other newsletter and CRM softwares.
