I am using SendinBlue since 2 years and I am happy with the product. But i am not happy with this plugin for shopify. The Support was great, but this plugin does not meet my expectations. I was not able to import all my Contacts from shopify. I was not able to import any orders from shopify Now I am using INTEGRAMAT to upload all my contacts and Orders.
We use this app to make our newsletter, the app is easy to use and user-friendly. You can create your own template or simply using to suggested template in the app.
I left Mailchimp after reaching their 2,000 subscriber limit to go with Sendinblue and I am happy with the move.
The drag and drop is very easy to design the newsletter. Their email support is outstanding: fast and really helpful.

Ottima integrazione per ottimizzare i tempi delle spedizioni. Puoi integrare i tuoi contratti o utilizzare i corrieri a loro convenzionati. Ottimo anche il servizio reverse.
Das Tool zur Erstellung von Mals funktioniert. Leider hört es damit auch an. Der Import der Kontakte ist nicht DSGV-Konform und der Support mit Abstand der schlechteste, den ich jemals erlebt habe. Anstatt zu helfen, dreht man sich im Kreis. In der letzten Mail hieß es plötzlich, shopify hätte Probleme beim Import. Da fragt, man sich schon, warum das nicht behoben wird. Das bedeutet, dass die App für Kunden nicht nutzbar ist.
Customizable workflows, automation, simple intuitive interface, GDPR compliance. Of course, it takes time to figure this out. But Sendinblue has detailed text help and has video explanations. And if you run into difficulties, the support works well. I have had a positive experience with Sendinblue.

We are so happy we switched over to Sendinblue, so far we're very impressed with it. Their pricing is reasonable since it's based on emails sent and not on number of contacts. We also started using their automation tools to send a welcome email to our new subscribers. We put together our first automation in only 10 mins and it works! Thank you Sendinblue team for providing such a fantastic, affordable service.
j'utilise depuis quelques mois Sendinblue pour la gestion de mes mails et suis entièrement satisfait. une petite prise en main est nécessaire pour ceux, qui comme moi, découvrent ce genre d application, mais le support technique, très réactif et à l’écoute aura répondu à toutes mes interrogations. je ne peux que recommander.
Unfortunately the tutorials are outdated with wrong data and my initial communications with customer service were useless as they kept directing me to the incorrect tutorials. It also took 8 hours for me to get a reply each time. I eventually got Jillian who saved the day. The instructions I received were spot on. The program has great potential. If the tutorials were better then they would get less cases. Other than that, we like SendInBlue. I just hope they step up their educational and customer service game.
