I left MailChimp because they don't have customer service. I honestly love Sendiblue. A quick call allows me to speak with a real customer agent. HUGE for me personally. MailChimp was a disaster in every way when trying to grow my contact list. I do hope Sendiblue keeps developing their app and it would be nice to be able to drag pics around to make the email more customizable. Eventually I'm sure. -Ryan

I left Mailchimp after reaching their 2,000 subscriber limit to go with Sendinblue and I am happy with the move.
The drag and drop is very easy to design the newsletter. Their email support is outstanding: fast and really helpful.

I love using Sendinblue, the different feautures it has are amazing!
The email automation options are great and work very well, as well as the Drag & Drop Editor for designing your emails. The new updated version works that feauture very well! Definitely recommend this one

Have been using Sendinblue for a year now and it's simple, easy to navigate platform has been really good choice. Just integrated Chat onto my website too which is a brilliant asset. Would recommend.

I already use Sendinblue for other projects. It is a robust and efficient solution. I well imagined that a plugin existed for my Shopify store! :)
I followed this short tutorial, but I could have done without it: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/fr/articles/360014912879 Very simple installation, after authorizing the application, a list is automatically created on SIB, which will accommodate Shopify contacts.
You just have to activate the synchronization of contacts.
