Horrible Service.
I increased my subscription to telephone support last week.
What happened:
Friday - not working
Today - waiting line too full, no chance to get through. Tried it 10 times today.
When you think chatting is an option - no there is no chat.
MAybe e-mail is an option. If you can wait at least 4 weeks for a reply that is an option. No joke in average the waiting time is 4 weeks... last time it was 8 weeks. I have long forgotten that I have asked them something.
And support is needed, because this app doesn't work properly with shopify. Better don't waste your time and witch to Klaviyo.
How can i setup and enable push notifications. When i'm trying to submit a ticket there is showing "The page you were looking for doesn't exist".

As I understand it, there is an issue submitting the URL in Setup of the push notifications. I have emailed you regarding this issue.

Unfortunately the tutorials are outdated with wrong data and my initial communications with customer service were useless as they kept directing me to the incorrect tutorials. It also took 8 hours for me to get a reply each time. I eventually got Jillian who saved the day. The instructions I received were spot on. The program has great potential. If the tutorials were better then they would get less cases. Other than that, we like SendInBlue. I just hope they step up their educational and customer service game.

The integration between Sendinblue and Shopify is in my opinion limited.
The information about bought products is not sent to Sendinblue. Many information like telephone, city, and address are stored to Sendinblue only if the consumer creates an account which greatly reduces the number of available information for email marketing. I believe that Sendinblue is a good automation marketing tool but Shopify integration could be much better.

The site sendinblue looks to work well, though it takes time to handle.
The integration with shopify is just reaaaaaly basic. It does'nt allow to directly turn on the automation that will send your templates with your visitors actions, you need to use code.. (Know more about the process here: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002856000-Recovering-abandoned-carts-track-your-website-activity-step-1- )
Besides it is not possible to make automaticly a difference between your customers being also subscribers to your newsletter and those whom are not subscribers (you'll have to do it by hand).
About the support: anwers fast, gives links to ressources related to the subject: where by reading and navigating and reading again.. you may eventually find the answer you've been seeking for.
Le site Sendinblue en soi est efficace, mais prend du temps à prendre en main.
L'intégration à SHopify est absolument juste basique. Vous ne pouvez pas créer directement mettre en place l'automation qui enverra vos templates en fonction des actions de vos clients, vous devez passez par du code.
Plugin qui installe le code de suivi du site indisponible: Complexité pour mettre en place le marketing automation basé sur "suivre l'activité de votre site Web".

Il n'est pas possible de différencier directement vos clients inscrits à votre newsletter de ceux qui ne le sont pas (il faut le faire manuellement).
A propos du support: répond rapidement, et vous enverra les liens vous envoyant vers leurs ressources relatives à votre question. Ensuite à vous de trouver la réponse en lisant et naviguant et lisant encore...
COnclusion: approprié au nivea (très) expert en informatique, pas si vous voulez une application simple avec utilisation immédiate.
