Ich habe die App für Willkommens-Mails installiert. Leider funktioniert es überhaupt nicht. Denn die Kunden die aus Shopify abonieren werden direkt in die Versender-Liste eingetragen sodass sofort die Willkommens-Mail gesendet wird ohne die Kunden erstmal die Double-Optin Mail was von Shopify-Versendet wird bestätigen. Lösung wäre, dass die Kunden die aus Shopify erst in die Liste in SenInblue eingtragen werden, wenn Sie die Double-Optin Mail in Shopify akzeptieren.

Guten Tag,

vielen Dank für eure Nachricht.

Damit die Kunden bzw. Newsletter-Abonnenten per DOI angemeldet werden und/oder eine Anmeldebestätigung erhalten.
Muss in den Einstellungen des Plugins die entsprechende Funktion aktiviert werden: Shopify Backend > Apps > Sendinblue > Abonnementbestätigung
Dort muss man nur Anmeldebestätigung und die Opt-In-Einstellungen per Radio-Button aktivieren/anschalten.

Wenn bei Einrichtung Hilfe benötigt wird, kontaktiert bitte
unser Support-Team.

How can i setup and enable push notifications. When i'm trying to submit a ticket there is showing "The page you were looking for doesn't exist".

Hello there,

I am sorry to hear, that the push notifications are not working as expected.
As I understand it, there is an issue submitting the URL in Setup of the push notifications. I have emailed you regarding this issue.
I am sure that we can find a solution.

Update #1: Dear Dule,
Thank You for your prompt reply! Please be informed that before sending the "Autumn Super Sale" campaign to our subscribers, your application checked and sorted all our contacts, namely 21052 subscribers. After that, we have 15,163 real subscribers left. Only after that we were able to send our "Autumn Super Sale" campaign to our subscribers (15,163 customers). But only 948 subscribers got it. The problem is in your application - in the technical part of it, and until you fix the reason why your email delivery rate is 6,25% but not 99.55% like most of applications, you will only receive negative reviews from dissatisfied customers. I'm very sorry to hear that you had a poor experience. I sincerely hope you are able to find a solution that is more suitable for your needs. As our support indicated in the last reply, your plan is canceled and we initiated a full refund.

To give further context,... in order to optimize deliverability for Sendinblue customers, you can send campaigns only to the opt-in contacts. Why? Because it’s the right thing to do, and it is just as important for us to protect your reputation as it is to protect our sending infrastructure.
