I did experience some basic technical challenges Andrew from customer service was very helpful in dealing with the issue .
Very happy with the shipping app which allows me compare pricing between different providers

I am very happy with the APP and especially with the support provided by Andrew, who has been great to work with. The integration with Shopify works seamlessly and I especially love the continuous tracking feedback for me and for my customers. I would highly recommend Sendle for anyone looking for quick and reliable shipping of smaller size parcels (<120cm longest dim) across all Australia and New Zealand.

This app is great. It saves me so much time. Customer service is great. Andrew helped me fix a few errors I had made with in hours of me needing help. He also took the time to step me through using the app so it can be even more effective for my needs.

So I found this App is perfect. Some APP allow you to track the items but you cant buy label and some do other way, but this APP will do all at once place. Team support is very quick . Thank you Andrew for always helping us when we needed.

Easy integration even for a novice like myself. Customer support is phenomenal. Rates are fantastic. Andrew is a top bloke. No issue is too big or too small. Super quick responses too.

I am extremely grateful to have had Andrew assist me with all of my questions relating to using Sendle Shipping for my new website. There is customer service and then there is Andrew who is on a whole other level. It is difficult to receive this kind of online support at times but Sendle Shipping has been a breeze.

The Sendle app is working fine. It’s the couriers that are letting the side down. Waiting to talk to Shopify.

Hi, It looks like your issue is with the performance of actual Sendle shipments rather than the integration functionality supplied by us (Joovii) as developers of this App. We have reached out to Sendle with your store details and our contacts there have committed to contacting you to solve the pick up / delivery issues you are facing. As a Sendle customer myself I can attest that the individual courier drivers are excellent 99.9% of the time.
